Rent is based on 30% of your income. Electricity and heat are separate.

Applicant Requirements
To qualify you must be 62 years of age or older, a non-smoker and able to live independently with income between the following:
Single: At least $15,400/yr ($1,284/mo) and less than $28,750/yr ($2,396/mo)
Two-person: At least $17,360/yr ($1,447/ mo) and less than $32,850/yr ($2,728/mo)
